Historically, Christians have done many good things, such as feeding the hungry, healing the sick, and comforting the distressed. But not all Christians have followed Jesus’ command to love their neighbors. Even murderers, abusers, and corrupt leaders have been part of Christ's flock throughout history. |
The 18th-century philosopher Voltaire saw these bad apples and claimed that Christianity has done more harm than good in the world. And many people continue to agree.
